NOTE: The following. fencing restrictions shall apply to •Lots 35,3638 and 39. Any fencing
along the back lot line (adjacent to the City's Foothills Regional'Channel) shall not exceed 6 feet
in height. Solid materials which screen the view shall ° be'allowed ;to a height of 4 feet only.
Fencing material above 4 feet must be of an open design which does not block views of the
Regional Channel.
