RE. Drainage Certification of Non Impediment on Lot 35

February 28, 1997
On February 28, 1997 our office made a visual inspection of said Lot 35 in'-Diakota_Ridge,_P-hase
Our inspection revealed that the lot grading on Lot 35 does not interfere with the City Of Fort
Collins Regional Channel. All lot grading was confined to the Lot itself. The only other storm
drainage issue is the 10' drainage easement on the westerly lot line of this lot, again this lot does
not impede access to the easement. If you should have any questions concerning the above,
