We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevation at the
lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and several points along
the boundary of the lot. The slopes and elevations as measured are
in substantial conformance. -with the FHA grading plan completed by
Parsons & Associates, Job No. 92.08-PIN, dated April, 1992.
Furthermore, we inspected the combination concrete swale and
sidewalk at the south 'boundary of the property. It is our opinion
that it .was also constructed in substantial conformance to the
previously mentioned grading plan.
