Enclosed please find our Stormwater Certification for LDakota Ridge Tlurd—Filing. This
certification is not for the entire project, as the proposed pipe and area inlets that will replace the
designed drainage swale are not yet in place. Once the pipe and inlets are in place we will prepare
a supplementary certification for the said pipe and inlets. We have included for your review the
following material:
1. Drainage Certification Form.
2. Copies of Survey Field Notes.
3. Red -lined Drawings of As -built Conditions, Sheets, 7, 15, 16, of 18.
After a field review and the analysis of the survey field notes, we are able to certify the
acceptability of the designed and built storm drainage improvements.
If you should have any questions concerning this certification pleased do not hesitate to call.
