This office has observed the completed site improvements and has been found them to be in substantial compliance with the Drainage Investigation report prepared by this office. ("Final Approved Report" - dated: 10/14/94 and signed by: Basil Hamdan) A blueline print of the "Grading, Drainage & Utility Plan" for the subject is enclosed for your information. Spot elevations and other items that have been field checked to determine compliance with the plan are "redlined" on the print.
