Dear Basil,
This letter serves as final grading, swale and drainage facility certification for the above
referenced address according to the requirements -of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater
Permit Notice for this address dated 03/18/96. All sitework improvements and final grading,
including the concrete valley channel placement, have been completed, are functioning properly,
and meet the intent of the original grading and drainage design according to the Utility Plans for
Poudre Plains First Replat by Stewart and Associates. Attached is a copy of the Lot 17 grading
plan which was prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. The plan indicates actual elevations
which were obtained by Shear Engineering Corporation. Please note that the valley pan was
installed prior to construction of this residence and valley pan as-builts were provided by RJL
Surveys. Also attached is that portion of the Grading Plan / Drainage Plan from the subdivision
utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only.
