Dear Mr. Udy:
On June 11, 1996 a representative of our firm measured the relative
elevations for the concrete swales on the north and east sides of
the above mentioned property. We also inspected the condition of
the swales to determine if construction activity on the site
affected the swales.
During our inspection we found no evidence that construction
activities have affected the concrete swales. It is our opinion
that the swale slopes are in substantial conformance with the
grading plan by Stewart & Associates, Job No. 2178, dated
September, 1994.
