Collins, Colorado 80522 Re: Lot 7, Poudre Plains First Replat (2301 Plains Court); Fort Collins, Colorado Dear Glen, This letter also serves as final certification of the lowest building opening elevation for the above referenced address according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Permit Notice for this address dated 11/16/95. Elevation shots were provided by Shear Engineering Corporation. The lowest actual finished grade elevation at the residence is 5068.20 at the easternmost basement window and at the two (2) westernmost basement windows. The flowline elevation of the existing valley pan along the west property line of lot 7, ranges from 5066.56 to 5066.02. The 100-year design high water elevation of the detention pond, immediately to the East of this residence, is 5065.00. The residence is protected. All elevations are based on the salve datum utilized with the Final Utility Plans for Poudre Plains First Replat by Stewart and Associates Consulting Engineers; Stewart Project No: 2178; Director of Engineering approval date 06/10/94. This letter also serves as final grading certification for the above referenced address. All sitework improvements and final grading, including the concrete valley channel placement, have been completed, are functioning properly, and meet the intent of the original grading and drainage design according to the Utility Plans for Poudre Plains First Replat by Stewart and Associates. Attached is a copy of the Lot 7 grading plan which was prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation. The plan indicates actual elevations which were . obtained by Shear Engineering Corporation. Please note that the valley pan was installed prior to construction of this residence and valley pan as-builts were provided by RJL Surveys. Also attached is that portion of the Grading Plan / Drainage Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only.
