Dear Basil:
This is to certify to you that the grading at 612 North Briarwood Road, which is Lot 5,
Poudre Plains; Fort Collins, Colorado, has been completed. The rear yard drains to the existing
concrete drainage pan. There are no restrictions that would affect the drainage in the pan. The
front yard drains to the East curb and gutter in North Briarwood Road. All of the storm water
flows southerly to the existing detention pond.
