Dear Basil:
On November 14, 1996 our office conducted a Field Survey of the Storm Drainage Facilities on
Lot 60. The only Storm Drainage Facility that impacts said Lot is a drainage swale that traverses
the back lot line. I have included a copy of our field notes and a portion of the Grading and
Drainage Plan, Sheet 7 of 18, or which also I have drawn the existing drainage swale which shows
that the swale does conform to our approved design.
