Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevation at the
lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and several points around
the property. The slopes and elevations as measured are in
substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by TST,
Inc., Job No. 746-050, dated February, 1995.
We also inspected the garage and basement slabs and found them to
be in substantial conformance with the general recommendations
contained in our subsurface investigation, Job No. 1568-03-01-01,
dated April 27, 1993.

elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the

removal of soil by acts of man, erosion by wind or water or other

Professional -Engineer's findings of the finished ground grades
around your residence on the date shown above. You, the homeowner,
must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the
water away from your house. The Builder of your home will not
cover damage to your home caused as a result of changes made in the
finished grades.
In addition, it is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty
protection on your residence provided by your Builder will not
cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in the
finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility to
maintain the grades as set by the Builder and as stated by the
engineer.
