During the investigation, we measured elevation at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and several points around the property. The slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by TST, Inc., Job No. 746-050, dated February, 1995. We also inspected the garage and basement slabs and found them to be in substantial conformance with the general recommendations contained in our subsurface investigation, Job No. 1568-03-01-01, dated April 27, 1993.
