Dear Basil:
On May 20, 1997 our office conducted a Field Survey of the Storm Drainage Facilities on Lot 47.
The two Storm Drainage Facilities that impacts said Lot is a drainage swale that traverses the
back lot line and the 15" storm drain and area inlet that runs east to west with the inlet close to
the westerly property line. I have included a copy of our field notes and a portion of the Grading
and Drainage Plan, Sheet 7 of 18, on which also I have drawn the existing drainage swale, which
shows that the swale does conform to our approved design.
