All of the drainage facilities have been completed except for the following items. 1. The headwall on the South end of the outlet pipe from Pond 1 was not constructed. The owner would like to eliminate the headwall u A i �5 2. The inlet to Pond 2 was to have fabric on the channel which was to be seeded. I g The owner will lay sod in the channel rather than seeding. 3. The detention ponds have not been seeded at this time. 3 z The "As Built" plan shows spot elevations in the detention ponds and in the concrete pans. G (� Finish floor elevations are shown for all of the buildings. The rock filters at the outlets of the two ponds are still in place. n "6 5 �- The capacity of that portion of Pond 1 that is in Hill Crest P.U.D. is 32,625 cubic feet and the highwater lime based on the spillway is elevation 83.4 and was designed at 83.09. The required capacity for the entire Pond 1 is 30,651 cubic feet. The capacity of Pond 2 is 18,882 cubic feet and the highwater he based on the spillway is elevation 79.40. The required capacity for Pond 2 is 18,372 cubic feet. The site has been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan. The Fort Collins Housing Authority is wanting to receive their first certificates of occunancv by Mav 1, 1996. Thank you for your considerations in this matter. Sincerely, Richard A.
