Drainage Certincations /
Dear Joe:
As per our telephone conversation and site walk with Don Collins, Jay Barber and
myself, Ranch Builders will perfonn the following remedial work regarding drainage.
• Building 23, Northeast corner: Install a dry stack retaining wall with a French
drain behind, where grade is steep between building and garages.
• Buildings 6 and 11, east side: Install a dty stack retaining wall with a French
drain behind, where grade is steep between buildings and garages.
• Building 21, south side: Install a drain pan or retaining wall with a French drain
behind, where grade is steep between building and garage.
Please proceed with releasing drainage certifications upon receipt of this letter. I
appreciate your assistance in this matter. Contact me if you have any further questions or
concerns.
