Certification by a registered professional engineer for 712 McGraw Drive, Lot 43
Coventry Subdivision Filing 1 for lot corner elevations and side yard swale was not
received. Jay Barber, City of Fort Collins Certification Engineer performed an onsite
visit. He verified as best he could that the drainage looked OK. We released the
certificate of occupancy, but accept no liability for the grading of this lot.
