RE: Drainage Certification — Phase 2 Boardwalk Plaza -
Northwest comer of Boardwalk and JFK Parkway
Mr. Barber,
This letter and attached information is provided to certify that the grading and drainage
improvements on Boardwalk Plaza Phase 2 have been constructed in substantial
conformance with the plans approved February 2004. All elevation information (shown
on the attached plans) is based on survey completed by Ayres Associates on May 3,
2005..
The building elevation and grading adjacent to the building are in substantial
conformance with the approved plans. The parking lot, drainage improvements and
detention pond were installed and certified with Phase 1. The construction of Phase 2 did
not impact the drainage scheme for the lot.
