A brief summary for the construction at 531 Stover St
We are demoing 232 Sqft of existing house to be able to build an addition that has a foot print of 502 sqft we
will also be removing a section of sidewalk along the south side of the house that is an estimated 36 feet by 3
feet equaling 108 sqft. and adding 120 sqft covered porch on the front of the house, for a grand total of 282 sqft
additional hard surface.
