Here are three drawings: existing, calculations, and proposed.
Here are my calculations:
Concrete to be removed (please see drawings):
331 sf
91 sf
63 sf
+ 22 sf
507 total sf removed
Hard surface added
594 sf - New Garage foorprint
+ 95 sf - Concrete skirt (garage to alley)
689 sf
-507 total sf removed
182 net sf hard surface added
