CURRENT- existing house on a crawlspace is 1920sf existing garage slab and patio and concrete drive 1240sf existing gravel drive 3375sf (actual) (3375sf x40%= 1350s� existing shed 720sf current im�ervious area= 5230sf PROPOSED impervious area Existing shed STAYING THE SAME 720sf existing house NOT CHANGING 1920 sf NEW addition INCLUDING GARAGE and garage apron that is required 5393sf NEW gravel drive that will add on to the existing gravel drive 2000sf (actual) (2000sf x 40%= 800s� existing gravel drive 3375sf (actual) (3375sf x40%= 1350s� Total Pro�osed Im�ervious 10,183sf lot size is 43,560sf total allowable imperious is 35% of the lot which is 15,246sf�ro�osed imperious is 10,183.
