My permit for the front has been issued. Nothing is changing on the front as far as driveway or anything. I'm not
pouring any new concrete to access the back. I just did the drawing to what the sample was. Yes that does make
sense for downspout to discharge to the west. To answer last question yes it will be above adjacent grade.

Mike, I did receive the drawings you sent earlier; sorry about the delay in getting to them today. I hadn't realized there
was another permit for the reduction of existing garage, and I need some clarification about what is being proposed
here. Is there additional driveway being installed to access the new garage?
Regarding the new garage downspouts, would it make sense for the southwestern downspout to discharge to the west
rather than toward the existing house? From what I'm seeing here, that seems to be more in line with the current
drainage pattern.
Also, is the garage proposed to be 6" above adjacent grade or what elevation is proposed for that?
I have some time tomorrow morning if you would like me to give you a call then to discuss and go thru what I'm seeing
here. Just let me know and I can give you a call.
