The total new impervious area for the project is about 249 sq ft. as my existing garage is being demo’d and then I’m replacing it with a 2 car garage. This shouldn’t require any grading plans or storm water management plans per the permit limit for new impervious area beging <350 sq ft. However, I’ve attached a sketch to help clearly explain what I’m talking about in case there are any questions (this info is on the drawing set I submitted).
