Wanted to reach out to you regarding my permit for my addition. The total new impervious area for the project is about
249 sq ft. as my existing garage is being demod and then Im replacing it with a 2 car garage. This shouldnt require any
grading plans or storm water management plans per the permit limit for new impervious area beging <350 sq
ft. However, Ive attached a sketch to help clearly explain what Im talking about in case there are any questions (this
info is on the drawing set I submitted). Your help in getting this resolved and moved forward is greatly appreciated,
please let me know if you need anything else.
