Permit # B 1807276 I have attached two drawings. Scan0001 shows the existing concrete slab under the existing porch and deck. The existing porch and deck will be removed. Scan0003 shows the proposed concrete slab under a proposed new porch and deck. Scan003 also shows a proposed new storage shed on the proposed concrete slab. We are only adding about 110 square feet of hard surface area (15 feet by 4 feet under the area covered by the existing landings and steps, and 20 feet by 2.5 feet under the long dimension of the new porch). The partion of the concrete slab under the raised deck will not be replaced. The yard slopes away from the house in general, but the area impacted by the extension of the slab is essentially flat. There are two existing downspouts on the corners of the existing porch that will move about 2.5 feet to the edge of the new porch. Let me know if you have any questions. Work also to include demolition of existing 100 sq. ft. deck and replace on southwest side of the house.
