The grading will be directed towards the south mainly. Anything that can be done to direct drainage toward the west would be my preference as long as the elevations will allow proper runoff. There will be No water or sewer extending to the detached garage. I do need a bit more information about the grading plan as well as any proposed water/sewer to the garage. If you would just confirm/correct my assumptions below regarding the grading plan and respond accordingly to water and sewer being extended to the proposed garage, we'll work to get this permit signed off ASAP. I'm assuming an addition of 1073sf of impervious area with these permits (288sf house addition & 785sf detached garage —the ribbon driveway will be considered negligible area in this case). As well the existing grading will be modified to direct runoff from the garage and house addition primarily south and west to rights of way. For water and sewer, there is an existing hold, and we are needing to know if services are being extended from the house to garage. If so, there is a covenant agreement required, and I'd be happy to discuss with you further if need be. <image001.png> If you could please respond on these, we'll work to get this permit released ASAP.
