No additional property grading is planned, current runoff goes to the back of the property from the house back, and to the front of the property from the house front. No drainage patterns are changing, currently the garding around existing trees drains to the alley. The swales themselves are perpendicular to the structure, which is only one story high, so we are planning a 6" drop in the rst ten feet from the new foundation. Trees at the back of the property will be removed where the garage is going in, previous trees removed that have stumps left will be ground down and regraded to the alley. Only one tree may stay in the rear of the property ( the south west tree) if it is not too diseased. I have noted these on the grading plan for you. Thanks for your help!
