Sorry about the the low quality, I have attached a new version with higher resolution that includes the new
section of driveway shown as a red triangle. The new portion would tie into existing driveway. I am still not
sure if I am going to pour this as a slab or do something different, but this will be worst case in terms of
impervious area. This area of new concrete would be about 500 square feet. Sorry I forgot to include that in the
drawing.
The water would be directed by natural slope. The high side of the property is the North side of the barn and
naturally flows south, southeast. I will have to excavate the area to inake the site more level which will
basically build a berm of sorts that would surround the Northwest corner and wrap around towards the
southwest corner. There would be really no chance of any runoff moving towards the north.
Let me know if I made things more confusing with this info. Also, i can run by a hard copy of the grading plan
if this attachment is not any better, just let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for sending this over. From what I can see, I think you've provided at least most of what I need,
but it came thru very small and it gets too grainy when I blow it up. A couple of questions..
1. Is there a swale around the proposed barn to direct the flow south? It's difficult to see what is
happening in that area at this size.
2. Is there any driveway/approach being added?

out.

about on the phone a couple weeks ago. This was in regards to you allowing me to do my own
grading plan due to the private irrigation canal that runs through our property that would collect
