Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Mr. Barger: This letter serves as acknowledgement that the owners and leaseholders of the property at 432 12' Street, Fort Collins, Colorado are aware of and have been advised about potential pooling of water in the retainage area on the property. This pooling could be the result of over excavation of the retainage pond in relation to the level of the water quality outlet to 12' street. The owners of the property take full responsibility for any adverse effects should this pooling happen in the future. To address this issue, the bottom of the pond has been seeded with plant material designed to minimize the potential of standing water. Previous rainstorms have shown little or no resulting pooling of water over the last two months. We believe the seeding should address any problems with pooling at this time. Sincerely.
