Hi Glen
Its been awhile but I redesigned the plan for 518 Whitcomb as my wife and I are now planning to move there and not do it
as a spec. We went to a ranch plan to reduce costs. Our permit # is B1401450
Here is the drainage plan for your review. After meeting with Basil out there about a month ago or so this is with his help
what we came up with.
You will notice on the north neighboring side we are putting up railroad ties and a french drain to stop water intruding on
the neighbors.
We will take that french drain and run it to the street. We are putting in a driveway and an apron and will run out the new
apron curbing

am trying to get a below grade footing and foundation permit since the permit process is backed up right now and they
are making exceptions to do this because of how backed up the plan review process happens to be right now.
