Fort Collins, Colorado, has been inspected by me or an appropriately qualified professional under my direct
supervision, and verify that construction of all stormwater facilities and grading is complete, and that the elevations
and drainage patterns shown on the attached drawing(s) which were developed from a survey performed on June 26,
2015, accurately and truly depict the elevations and drainage patterns as they existed on the date of the survey.
Based on this information, I certify that (check one):

Actual as -built conditions vary from the approved grading plan. The field constructed
changes consist of the deletion of a french drain Swale along the north side of the new
home, and the addition of a concrete Swale/sidewalk in the same area. As -built grading
throughout the property does not exactly match the grading plan. The concrete
Swale/sidewalk has a high point near the midpoint of the home's north wall and slopes
towards the front and rear portions of the lot. The Swale/sidewalk includes a curb along
the outside edge to help ensure runoff is directed towards the front of the lot.
Additionally, runoff from the northern portion of the roof of the new home is collected
by gutters and downspouts, that when properly maintained and operational direct
runoff towards the rear and front of the lot.
Otherwise, the as -built condition complies in principal with the proposed Grading Plan
as provided by the owner.
