On April 16, 2002, we observed the site located on at 414 East Oak Street. The site appeared to be final
graded and landscaped.
In addition to our observation, Intermill Surveying obtained spot elevations at numerous spots throughout
the site. Please refer to the attached elevation sheet.
Based on our observation and the attached surveyed information, the site appeared to drain away from the
building. The front of the lot drained toward the south property boundary (toward Oak Street) and the
back of the lot drained toward the northern property boundary. The eastern and western sides of the
house drained easterly/westerly to small swales that either directs runoff to Oak Street or the northern
property boundary. The existing grading appears to follow the proposed grading with the following
exceptions:
• From the survey, the ground adjacent to the northeast and northwest corners of the building appears to
be lower than adjacent ground shots. However, from a visual observation, to ground adjacent to the
building appears to higher than the adjacent ground.
Our recommendations were based on our observation on the dated noted above.
