Dear Jay,
CDS Engineering Corporation has been retained to provide a Certification of Lot
Grading for 330 Oak Street, also known as Lot 23, Block 141, Fort Collins, Colorado.
We have noted that the actual finished floor elevation is about 7.7 inches higher
than the design foundation. We believe that this does not pose a problem with the
drainage away from the house and off of the site. The site has been graded to reflect
the original intent of the design grading plan.
