Development Construction
Bachus & Schanker, LLC plans to development Lots 1 of the Warren Federal Credit Union – East
Drake, Filing Two. Lot 2 however, is a future development parcel that is currently owned by
Bachus & Schanker and is intended on being fully entitled with the Warren FCU Filing Two PDP
but will be developed in the future by a yet to be determined third party user. Lot 1 will include
the construction of the Bachus & Schanker Fort Collins Law Office which is proposed as 1 story,
3200 square foot building located at the southwest corner of East Drake Road and Illinois Drive.
Lot 1 - Bachus & Schanker Office will all be developed in a continuous manner and is scheduled
to be completed in the fall of 2021 with Lot 2 being completed shortly afterwards.
