Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
May 24, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known Paragon Point Amended
Overall Development Plan, #48-91 and Paragon Point PUD, 4th Filing - Preliminary,
#48-91G.
The applicant is requesting to amend the Overall Development Plan to eliminate
the 3 acre commercial area and reduce residential density on tracts B & C.
The applicant is also requesting 66 single family lots on 12.56 acres, located
on the east side of Lemay Avenue just north of County Road 32 and zoned rlp, Low
Density Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
