Staff Comments
Dear Ted:
The attached plans reflect revisions made in response to the staff comments contained
in the letter of December 22, 1992. The numbering used below corresponds to that
in this letter.
6. Noted.
7. Pheasant Drive appeared in Phase 1, so the Pheasant Court used in this phase
seems to be a logical extension. Clover Court has been changed to Finch
Court.
8. The variance request has been rewritten and is included.
9. This trail intersection has been simplified.
12. Street widths have been shown on Catalpa and Cattail Courts.
13. The trail labelled "Future Trail System" should have been labelled "Existing
10-Foot Trail", since this trail was built in Phase 1.
14. I have met on -site with Craig Foreman of the Parks & Recreation Depart-
ment, who agrees to the trail easement width and alignment shown.
15. Noted.
Items not mentioned here have been addressed by TST Engineers under separate
cover. If you have any questions, please call at your convenience.
