The proposed project is commonly known as Paragon Point PUD, Phase III - Preliminary, #48-91E. The applicant is requesting 50 single family lots on 16.89 acres, located north of Trilby Road and east of Lemay Avenue, zoned rlp, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal.
