Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Mr. Olt: I would like clarification of what will happen to the emergency road across Southridge Golf Course to Greenridge Circle if and when the Paragon Point PUD Phase 1-Final is approved and implemented. This emergency road is adjacent to my property and is very dangerous and very bothersome. Children ride their bicycles down the hill from Greenridge going west on the emergency road right in front of the 18th golf tee. Numerous times these children just miss being hit by golf balls being hit off the tee. Also maintenance workers at the golf course have begun to use the emergency road with their trucks to gain access to Greenridge Circle. This also appears to be dangerous since they accelerate to climb the hill and do not have visibility to pedestrians or bicyle riders traveling on the west sidewalk of Greenridge Circle. My hope would be that once Paragon Point PUD Phase 1 is developed, then this emergency road could be eliminated - or at least the portion of the road that accesses Greenridge Circle. Please let me know what I can do to clarify the status of the emergency road.
