Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, January 25, 1994 at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference
Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a request for
a Minor Subdivision known as Paragon Point, Finch Court, Tract D - Minor
Subdivision, #48-91J.
the request is for a Minor Subdivision to dedicate an extension of Finch Court,
south of Hawkeye Street, for a distance of about 90 feet. Finch Court is located
approximately 100 feet east of South Lemay Avenue.
The purpose of this Minor Subdivision is to dedicate Finch Court as public right-
of-way to allow legal access to the west side of Lot 44, Paragon Point, Filing
Four. the area contained within this Minor Subdivision is 5,134 square feet or
0.12 acre.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is
derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag
time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations,
a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity
to attend.
