Dear Resident:
On Wednesday, April 17, 1991, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Werner
Elementary School*, 5400 Mail Creek Lane, the City of Fort Collins
Planning Department will hold a public information meeting to
discuss a new development proposal in your neighborhood.
The proposed development is a Bus Barn Facility for the Poudre R-1
School District. The location is 7.5 acres at the southeast corner
of Skyway Drive and Constellation Drive. The facility would
consist of an office, two mechanic bays, and an open structure
parking for approximately 30 school buses. Only 3.5 acres of the
7.5 acres would be developed. The balance of the site would be for
setbacks and buffering.
The applicant for the proposed development is the Facilities
Services of the Poudre R-1 School District. For general
information, please call Mr. Ron Daggett, Facilities Services, at
490-3509.
Please note that Werner Elementary School is located in the Fossil
Creek Meadows subdivision on the east side of College Avenue. From
College Avenue, turn east on Fossil Creek Parkway, then turn north
on Mail Creek Lane. The meeting will be held in the multi -purpose
room.
The list of affected property owners for this public information
meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County
Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify
your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend.
