Attached are five prints of the Pinecone PUD Overall
Development Plan, revised in response to Staff Comments. Specific
responses include:
5. Clarification regarding the importance of the proposed
pedestrian ways and the potential for future connections
affecting adjacent properties has been added as
requested. .
The pedestrian ways along the major drainage routes have
been planned specifically to allow for potential looped
extensions in this section; and possible connections to
the Poudre River Trail.
6.-12. Land uses, streets, detention/irrigation ponds, and
zoning designations have been labeled as requested; and
Note #3 has been changed as requested.
Ten sets of prints, reductions, and color renderings will be
submitted by April.20th; and final documents will be submitted by
April 23rd, as requested.
We appreciate your extensive efforts and contributions toward
the planning of this project. Please call if you need further
information regarding Pinecone PUD.
