In order to allow time for design changes for the pad site on Lot 3 of the Tower
Shoppes at Pinecone Final PUD Plan, we have delayed submittal of revised plans until May
3rd, in anticipation of being on the May 22nd Planning and Zoning Board meeting. I would
like to meet with you late next week to review our proposed revisions.
We appreciate your assistance in the planning of this project. Please call if you need
further information regarding the Tower Shoppes at Pinecone PUD.
