Dear Debbie:
Please find enclosed a copy of the site plan for the Replat of Part
of Ponderosa Park. We have eliminated the sidewalk connection between the
two cul de sacs. We do not feel it is needed since we have added a side—
walk completely around the cul de sac and sidewalks that access onto the
open spaces.
It does not seem like an administrative change must be submitted for
the sidewalk change since we are having a replat approved along with a new
site plan, new utility plan and new landscape plan approved. Likewise, since
this is a new submittal, the phasing plan shouldn't have to be amended.
The new site plan is to be completed in one phase.
If you do not agree with this thinking, please contact me. Thank you
for your help in this matter.
