RE: PONDEROSA PARK P.U.D. drainage and detention plan
Dear Mr. Rutherford:
. We received the plans for drainage and detention that you
forwarded to our company. After reviewing these plans and
consulting both Susan Hayes at the City, and my engineer, we do not
find this plan acceptable.
We have no problem accepting the drainage and utilizing our
existing system; but, however your project is tied into ours, it.
must meet both our and our engineer's approval.
We will not allow discharge of water from an outlet to flow
across our streets uncontained. We also cannot allow this water to
be carried in our system, if review shows that it was not designed
for the additional load put. on it by your design. We will also
require some type of guarantee, Bond, escrow, etc..before any work
is performed, to insure that all work is done properly, no damage is
done to our existing development, and all areas disturbed should be
brought back to original, or better standards. Also, that there are
funds available to pay for all charges for all work.
We.would like to see your development completed and are willing
to assist you so long as it does not adversely affect our property
or unduly add to the maintenance.
