Re: Final documents for the Replat of part of Ponderosa Park P.U.D. -Final.
Dear Mr. Martin, `
As we discussed in our meetings on August 7, 1987 and August 10, 1987, the
following final documents are due by Thursday August 20, 1987.
1. Signed Development Agreement.
2. Signed mylars.
Signed landscape covenants.
Signed agreement between you and the Hoffman '.
5. Separate agreement from Mr. Betz which allows for the drainage pipe to
be in the existing easement along the eastern property line of Ponderosa
Park (Needs to be called out as a drainage easement).
Letter from you stating that there will be a Homeowners Association,
and that they will have their first meeting in one year or when 60% of the
lots are sold, which ever comes first.
The Planning and Zoning Board will not review projects unless all final
documents are submitted. To insure that your project is reviewed at the
August 24th meeting you must submit the final documents by Thursday, August
20, 1987. If you have any questions please call me at 221-6750.
