HomeMy WebLinkAboutPOWERHOUSE 2 - PDP220006 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 4 - LETTER OF INTENT 417 Jefferson St. Fort Collins, CO 80524 September 26, 2022 RE: Powerhouse 2, Letter of Intent To whom it may concern, Black Timber Builders has reviewed the Powerhouse 2 PDP Plans and the proposed improvements within the Jerome Street Development parcel are generally acceptable. Proposed improvements within our property currently include a new sanitary sewer pipe in a 30-foot easement. We will continue to collaborate with the Powerhouse team through the Final Plan process to ensure that the proposed improvements continue to be compatible with our project. We are agreeable to the proposed modifications and improvements as shown on the included preliminary plans (refer to included Sheet SS1) and are willing to work with the developer to reach a final agreement. Final approval will be in the form of an agreement between the parties and this letter of intent is non- binding and may be revoked at any time.
