Dear Resident:
On Thursday, March 14, 1996 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Southside Baptist Church, 620 W.
Horsetooth Road*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood
information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is
referred to as the Park South P.U.D., Third Replat.
The applicant proposes a 75 lot residential Planned Unit Development on approximately 13.3 acres
located on the south side of W. Horsetooth Road, west of Manhattan Avenue.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the
opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
