Please take notice that on July 27, 1992, the Planning and Zoning
Board of City of Fort Collins, Colorado, approved the Final
P.U.D.known as Park South P.U.D., Second Replat which development
was submitted and processed in accordance with Section 29-526 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins. The Plat, Site & Landscape
Plan, and Site & Landscape Covenants of the subject property
together with the development agreement dated October 15, 1992
between the City of Fort Collins and the developer, out of which
documents accrue certain rights and obligations of the development
and/or subsequent owners of the subject property, are on file in
the office of the Clerk of the City of Fort Collins.
The subject property is more particularly described as follows:
Being a Replat of a Part of Park South P.U.D., and a Part
of the Northwest 1/4, all in Section 35, Township 7
North, Range 69 West, of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort
Collins, State of Colorado.
