The proposed projects are commonly known as Pine Ridge 1st Annexation and Zoning, Case Number 66-88, A and Pine Ridge 2nd Annex- ation and Zoning, Case Number 67-88, A. The applicants are requesting a first annexation and zoning consisting of approximately 20 acres and to zone the property RE - Estate Residential. Tile second annexation and zoning is a request for approximately 333 acres and RE - Estate Residential zoning. The property is located east of Centennial Drive and south of Dixon Reservoir. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the project based on current County Assessor's records.
