QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, COMMENTS:
1. Has the developer or the City considered a recirculation street?
2. Traffic speeds on College Avenue in this vicinity are excessive.
3. This would be a good development for the City.
4. What effect will this have on our neighborhood? Increased traffic, crime and
noise are concerns.
5. Will this project block our view of the mountains?
6. We are concerned about the building materials and architectural design.
7. How will storm drainage be handled. We have a concern about increased
pollutants in the ponds on the adjoining property.
8. Why hasn't the landscape at Walmart been installed and maintained as
proposed?
