In regards to the Pace Warehouse, located on South College Avenue,
please let this letter serve as formal notification of our support
of that location. We do believe that there needs to be a signaled
intersection for the safety of the public, but we are in favor of
that site for their business. We represent owners that have property
in the area and we feel it will enhance the adjoining properties and
the community.
