Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
November 21, 1988*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, New City Hall, will hold
a public hearing on proposed developments in your neighborhood. The proposed
projects are commonly known as Poudre River Business Park - Master Plan, Case Number
#79-88 and Poudre River Business Park, Phase 1 - Preliminary and Final, Casc
Number 79-88A.
The applicants are seeking approval for a master plan consisting of 19.70 acres and
a 96,000 square foot building area for professional office buildings. The applicants
are also requesting approval for a Phase 1, Preliminary and Final, plan which
consists of 12,000 square feet of professional office use on .68 acres. The projects
are located at the northeast corner of Riverside and Lemay Avenues and are zoned
B-P, Planned Business.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend this
meeting, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners within 500 feet of the
project based on current County Assessor's records. If you should have questions or
