Dear Resident:
On Tuesday, April 28, 1987, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the Evangelical Cove-
nant Church of Fort Collins, 4825 S. Lemay Ave., the staff of the Planning
Department will hold a public information meeting on a proposed develnpment
in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly know as Healthcare
International, Inc. - Health Care Facility.
The applicants are requesting a 45,000 square foot to 50,000 square foot
health care facility on approximately 13 acres. The proposed project is
located south of Harmony Rd. and adjacent to and west of Lemay Avenue and
is zoned BP, Planned Business.
The purpose of the April 28th meeting is to present the proposed develop-
ment plan to the neighborhood, answer questions about the project and
receive comments from the surrounding residents on this matter. The Staff
would strongly urge you to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend,
written comments may be sent.
